Returns and Refunds Policy

At Orlavera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our exquisite lighting fixtures, including our Circular Chandeliers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of installation, use, or damage not present at the time of delivery will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@orlavera.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, if provided.
  4. Ship Your Item: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after completing the inspection. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective lighting fixture, please contact us immediately at support@orlavera.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@orlavera.com.
